According to a Secret Service memo dated 11/22/63 from SA Graham W. Kitchen to the Houston office, Bush called Dallas to report Parrot's
alleged threat at 1:45 pm that day, over an hour after the
assassination. The reported threat therefore had no effect on security
in Dallas, as Bush's call came after the fact
